Iraola believes Cherries have found the right new striker

Andoni Iraola admits Bournemouth will have to adapt after losing strikers Evanilson and Enes Unal to serious injuries and says he has faith in the club as they look to bolster their attack this month.

The Cherries have been doing well in the Premier League this season, sitting seventh, just three points behind the top four.

Evanilson undergoes surgery on a fractured เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา metatarsal, while Unal is out for the rest of the season after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament.

Bournemouth have recalled striker Daniel Jebbison from his loan spell at Watford as Iraola says the club will consider their options in the transfer market.

“Now we have to adapt a little bit and see who fits better in that position,” Iraola said.

“I trust the club and I know they are working hard, especially after the injury to the player in that position, and I hope they make the right decision as they have done many times before.”

Bournemouth have been linked with moves for Brighton striker Evan Ferguson and Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

“It’s always difficult in the winter. But we’re a great opportunity for a number nine who wants to play a big role in the Premier League,” added Iraola.

“There will certainly be a number of forwards looking for this opportunity. And I hope we can sign the right one.”
